Our Return and Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are considered final once an order is placed. Each item is uniquely crafted and made to order, which is why we are unable to process exchanges or refunds.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit by the shipping carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly assist you in opening a claim with the shipping company. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will provide any necessary documentation from our end to help with the claims process.
If a claim is successful, the shipping carrier is responsible for providing a resolution.
