Shipping policy
Shipping:
- Please note: If you choose an expedited shipping method, this will not speed up the processing time and the shipment will be shipped as requested. Please contact us before placing an order if you are under a tight timeline to be sure we can meet your deadline.
- Some items will show in stock but will need a few extra days to process. This is normally due to a product that needs to be custom designed, personalized, or is not available for immediate shipping.
- We cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.
- We ship through USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Once we ship an item, we lose control over the time it takes the shipping company to deliver. If for some reason the order is taking extremely long, we can work with the shipping company to understand what the issue is.
- Large or heavy orders will typically be shipped via Ground (UPS, GSO or USPS).
